OMG W.O.W. exists to reduce inequality by narrowing economic disparities and championing initiatives that contribute to a reduction in economic inequality, establishing and cultivating a more equitable environment for Black women and promoting an impartial and unbiased distribution of resources.
We are committed to utilizing our direct experiences as Black women impacted by systemic challenges to provide insight on developing and delivering services with the greatest impact in our communities.
