OMG W.O.W. is a community for Black women to share their stories and access support and resources necessary to bridge the equity gap. We believe in the strength of collective empowerment and transformative power of shared experiences.
What We Do
We are a community serving agency. We strive to empower Black women through culturally competent mentorship, personal and professional development, and collaboration with community partners to thrive in society.
Our focus on sisterhood, achievement, and prosperity reduces stress, expands capacity, and equips Black women to express their authenticity in any circumstance.
Our Mission
At OMG W.O.W., our mission is to restore the sense of agency of Black women by bridging the divide in equity and wealth through education, mentorship and empowerment.
Our innovative F.R.E.S.H. Approach Program is committed to educating and empowering Black women.
We open up opportunities that inspire up-skilling and growth through events and networking opportunities.
The F.R.E.S.H. Network offers a supportive network of likeminded women who are building generational wealth.
