Peggy Ree White is the Founder and CEO of OMG Women Outreaching Women (OMG W.O.W.) a 501c3 Non-Profit organization formed in June 2020 aimed at offering support to Black women through education, coaching, mentorship, and inspiration. Peggy was born in Hammond and raised in Gary, Indiana. As the oldest of three, Peggy learned and developed her ability for strong leadership and tenacity early in life. She earned a BS degree at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Communications. Following the completion of her studies, Peggy moved to Southern California. She possesses a long-running history of success in a career that spans over 30+ years that has focused on strategic issues in business within the travel, manufacturing, banking, advertising, pharmaceutical, and non-profit industries. Her roles include, manager, sales, consultant, assistant vice president, commercial loan officer, field reimbursement manager, and most recently founder and CEO of OMG W.O.W. and OMG Consulting Group. OMG Consulting Group is an extension of OMG W.O.W. offering services in career counseling, business development, and physician field reimbursement management. She is also co-director of The San Fernando Valley Jaguars. The San Fernando Valley Jaguars is 501c3 after-school program, she started with her husband in 2002 supporting youth 7 years and older in the sport of basketball.

Ralph Mims
Originally from the Bronx, N.Y, Ralph has lived in New Mexico since 1995 holding various positions in the public sector. Ralph was employed by the City of Albuquerque from 1995- 2010, holding positions in Zoning and the Metropolitan Redevelopment Agency (MRA). Ralph has been a resident of Los Lunas since 1996. Ralph is active in various volunteer organizations such as the Office of African American Affairs, Greater Black Chamber of Commerce, NM Workforce Connections, United Way and serving on the Board of the School of Dreams Academy (SODA). Ralph is an active real estate investor owning various rental properties and vacant lands in Los Lunas and Albuquerque, N.M. On the international Real Estate front he owns properties in Jamaica and in Antigua and Barbuda his home country. In 2010, Ralph was offered the position of Economic Development Manager for the Village of Los Lunas, a position he held since 2020. Ralph was involved in various high profile economic development projects such as the Facebook (META) Data Center expansion, Niagara Bottling, Accurate Machine and Tools and Party City. He also was involved in various retailers coming to Los Lunas. Upon his retirement in 2020, Ralph has been very active in volunteer and humanitarian projects, such as joint effort education projects with SODA and the Education Ministry in Antigua and Barbuda, obtaining Public Donations from various New Mexico municipalities of Fire Equipment to Antigua and Barbuda Fire Department and obtaining IT and Computer donations to the Antigua National Public Library. Finally, he is currently the Economic Development Consultant for the City of Rio Communities from 2021. His main task is to attract Businesses and Residential projects to the city in conjunction with additional consultant work with the University of New Mexico Workforce Campus and the Valencia County Business Incubator (VCBI).

Network. She is a multi-passionate brand strategist, designer, digital marketer, and business coach
with over four years of experience in social media management. Kandie is the visionary behind
Kandie Enterprises, a company that specializes in graphic design, social media management, email
marketing, text message marketing, course creation, website design, and maintenance.
Kandie's signature branding process has helped hundreds of transportation companies and coaches
increase their impact, attract high-ticket clients, and grow their businesses with ease. While social
media marketing and branding are at the core of Kandie Enterprises' offerings, Kandie and her team
also provide web design and digital marketing services to help clients continue to grow and scale
their businesses seamlessly.
Kandie has a particular passion for creating Instagram reels, developing engaging challenges, and
running them for clients. Her expertise ensures that businesses maintain a cohesive look both online
and offline, making her an invaluable asset to her clients' success.

Nysha King is an innovative leader with a passion for directing integrated
communication strategies that build and protect brand reputation, market positioning,
thought leadership and audience engagement. She is an experienced storyteller and
spokesperson with a proven track record of earning monthly media coverage, and
driving thought leadership, brand awareness, positioning and message improvement for
clients. Nysha is also a strategic business partner and consultant collaborating with
executives, cross-functional teams, media, influencers, external partners, agencies and
industry associations and community members, to create consistent messaging
and alignment with corporate brand objectives. She has deep experience overseeing
public relations and integrated communications strategy within global teams, non-profit
organizations and high-growth technology, healthcare and professional service firms.
Nysha holds a BA in French and Sociology from Dickinson College, and an MA in
Strategic Public Relations from George Washington University.
She has served as a repeat mentor in The Comms Ave Mentoring Programme and with
Slice Communication’s Mentoring Program.
Nysha is also a member of Forbes Communications Council where she has written
several communication best practice articles.

Carmen Bowen, MBA, brings over 25 years of extensive experience in higher education leadership, having held pivotal roles such as Assistant Vice President of Alumni and Community Relations, AVP of Institutional Advancement, Campus President, and Academic Dean. Her multifaceted career also includes entrepreneurial ventures as a small business owner and enriching experiences at various Fortune 500 companies. 
Carmen is deeply involved in fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion as the Co-Chair of the DEI Committee at The Valley Economic Alliance, where she previously served as Board Vice Chair. She has also served as the Past President of the Universal City North Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and on the Board of Directors for esteemed organizations such as the Valley Industry and Commerce Association. Her commitment to community engagement and advocacy extends to her volunteer work as Vice President of Events and Special Projects at African Focus and as a board member at OMG W.O.W. Additionally, she finds joy in teaching master business classes during her travels. 
Carmen’s professional accomplishments have not gone unnoticed; in 2018, she was named one of the Valley 200 Most Influential Leaders by the San Fernando Business Journal. marketing, and strategy, Mihran has collaborated with leading organizations in education,
philanthropy, arts, community engagement, democracy reform, and social justice. Known
for strong leadership, communication, and community engagement skills, Mihran serves in
various roles, including President of the Winnetka Neighborhood Council, a Board
Member-elect on the Lake Balboa Neighborhood Council, commissioner for Community
Forest Advisory, District 3, Commissioner for Public Services, District 5, Chair and
Secretary of Production for the LA Congress.
